RESPONSIBILITIES:

Wave Media Group is looking for a graphic designer with a BA/BFA in Graphic Design, Art, or other related filed; two to five years experience; and knowledge of, InDesign (CS), PageMaker, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, QuarkXpress, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of DreamWeaver, HTML, Flash, and Fetch a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Designing a broad range of collateral materials for advertising and logo/brand identity.

2. Developing design concepts and high-resolution mechanical art, ready for reproduction by separator or printer, for a broad range of printed material including publication inserts, direct mail, newspaper ads, and point-of-sale collateral with little supervision.

3. Creating original artwork.

4. Assisting with the development of comprehensive mock-ups for presentation and client approvals.

5. Maintaining adherence to design standards and systems.

6. Managing production schedules for individual assignments.

7. Editing and archiving art files.

8. Maintaining high overall quality of printed communications.

9. Handling multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.

10. Taking direction from account executives and working closely with internal account teams to execute projects.

11. Performing related tasks as required.
